Welcome to GODDRA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (goddra.com) and the digital services provided by GODDRA (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Services Provided

GODDRA provides a range of digital services including, but not limited to:

Web Development & Design: Creation of websites, apps, and 3D assets.
IT Security: Vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and disaster recovery.
Digital Marketing: Management of ad campaigns and social media.
Managed Services: Hosting, maintenance, and SOC (Security Operations Centre) monitoring.

Specific terms relating to these services are outlined in Section 7.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, GODDRA and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on goddra.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Client Assets: Upon full payment of agreed fees, intellectual property rights for custom creative assets (e.g., logos, website code, 3D designs) created specifically for the Client shall be transferred to the Client.
GODDRA Assets: Background technology, pre-existing code, security methodologies, and our own branding remain the exclusive property of GODDRA.

5. User Obligations

By using our website or services, you agree:

Lawful Use: Not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including the distribution of malware or hosting of illegal content.
Security: Not to attempt to compromise the security of our website or those of our other clients.
Accuracy: To provide accurate and up-to-date information during the onboarding process.

6. Payments

We do not process payments directly through this website. All services are billed via invoice in accordance with the specific Partnership Agreement or Service Contract signed between GODDRA and the Client.

7. Service-Specific Terms

A. IT Security & Penetration Testing

Authorization: By engaging us for “Identify Threats” or “Penetration Testing” services, you explicitly authorize GODDRA to simulate cyber-attacks on your specified infrastructure.
Indemnity: You warrant that you own the systems being tested. You agree to indemnify GODDRA against any legal action arising from tests conducted on systems you do not own or have not received explicit permission to test.
No Guarantee: While we use military-grade standards to secure systems, no system is 100% immune to all future attacks. Our services reduce risk but do not guarantee absolute invulnerability.

B. Web Development & Hosting

Content: You are responsible for the legality of the content you provide for your website.
Uptime: For clients using our “Secure Hosting,” we aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot be held liable for outages caused by third-party upstream providers or Force Majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Manx Law:

GODDRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GODDRA for the specific service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Isle of Man law.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GODDRA. We has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Isle of Man.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Isle of Man.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised term
